Our headquarters in Rose Lane comprises a purpose-built building in the style of a "Dutch barn" and also the adjoining old village Fire Station.

1^st Ripley Scout Group welcomes users of its premises and
facilities, both in helping with the costs of upkeep of the building and
as a practical way of supporting local community.

The main hall is in the newer building and is reserved for use by the three sections of the group in the early evenings on at least two days of the week. At other times and during school holidays the hall is available for hire for occasional or regular bookings by private individuals for band rehearsals, birthday parties, society meetings and other community groups and club events.

There is a small kitchen suitable for preparing drinks and food and the building includes facilities for disabled people, with level access throughout and an accessible toilet/shower.
